Randolph M. Cooper is an educator whose educational career spans a period of 30 years. He has taught on the continents of Africa and the United States over this period of time. His teaching experience includes teaching Universities, High School, Middle School, and Elementary School. He has also served as a Principal over this period of time as well as the Chairman of the Board of a School.
